Return Policy

With the exception of Smart Cards and or Subscription services the customer has the right to cancel their order without reason within 7 working days of receiving the goods. In this event, the customer will bare the cost of returning the goods. Once goods have been cancelled, Socomosat will reimburse the customer the full amount they paid for the goods within 30 working days. However, this does not include their original postage contribution.
The customer may return goods within 30 working days if there is a fault with the product or if the product is damaged in any way. In this event, the Socomosat will bare the cost of returning the goods, and will send a replacement by return.
Returns will not be accepted after 30 working days of receiving the goods.
